They Put a Man on the Earth - Stars, a Lake & a Montagefilm ©2010 KevinMark Films - Kevin Mark Lacy, director I really enjoyed scoring this gorgeous film about a grounded astronaut learning to live and love on earth. The music comes from a lot of influences - ambient, electronic, r&b and anthemic rock. It was a great chance for me to go so mainstream with a score, to do my first "jilted love leaving town" montage and to underscore beautiful images like the homemade stars in the first part of this clip.
